Is there a story behind your name?
Somewhat convoluted: Blåhaj means blue shark and is the name of the internet famous plush shark sold at Ikea. The plush shark has become a sort of mascot for the trans community. The word looks close to the word Baja, Baja Blast is a version of the soft drink Moutain Dew, which is primarily sold at Taco Bell and reasonably internet famous. Paired with the number 1337, which is an internet language known as leet, my name and number is just a rather cringe meme. As an elder millennial, I approve this.
Did you have any previous athletic or skating background before starting roller derby?
I have experience in lots of sports, but my primary focus was soccer.

Due to a previous injury, I wear fun compression socks everyday! I try and match them to my outfits whenever possible.

Recently discovered Plantees, which is a vegan burger place. They make amazing milkshakes. The burger and fries were also excellent.
