Is there a story behind your name?
I am known to be a bit of a diva… The first one to complain about a smell, the heat, my hair. Always searching for the luxuries for the team when handling travel accommodations. I showed up to games in my rookie season with an electric fan and cooling towel for the bench for between jams (don’t knock it until you try it!). So my teammates started calling me diva, instead of the quirky names I was trying to use on twoevils. They used terms of endearment such as “what a f*n diva, eye roll” so I leaned into it cause they weren’t lying.
Did you have any previous athletic or skating background before starting roller derby?
Spent my entire youth in rinks, no formal training or sports though!
We all end up in the penalty box at some point. Which penalty is your favorite and why?
Jammer penalties are never fun! I gotta keep going coach!
What’s your favorite Orlando theme park ride?
Well it was always the Hulk but Velocicoaster took that spot.
What’s your favorite Orlando activity that isn’t a theme park?
Concerts! I am a HUGE music buff. House of Blues!
