Basically, I want to crush you, but nicely and respectfully.
Did you have any previous athletic or skating background before starting roller derby?
Just middle school skating-type stuff. Not an athlete at all.
We all end up in the penalty box at some point. Which penalty is your favorite and why?
Why pick one? Wouldn’t it be more fun to play penalty bingo? If I have to choose, though, my favorite penalty is the one assessed to the other team.
What’s your favorite Orlando theme park ride?
The best ride in the theme parks? Hands down the Kilimanjaro Safaris at Animal Kingdom. I mean, who doesn’t love animals? Also, it takes a decent amount of time, the lines aren’t too long and there are animals.
What’s your favorite Orlando activity that isn’t a theme park?
I don’t get out to the theme parks that often, but there are lots of other places to have fun in Orlando. One of the prettiest, though, is Harry P. Leu Gardens in the Mills 50 area north of downtown. It’s just a lovely 50 acres of plants plants plants in the middle of the city. Gorgeous.

The buffalo chicken dip at Twisted Handle is scrumptious. Bonus, they are a league sponsor.
